Privacy Policy

AI Platform is an iOS, iPadOS and macOS app that shows usage, cost, API key and limit information for your OpenAI organization. It is built to work without collecting any of your data.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not run servers that receive your data.

Your OpenAI admin key

• The admin key you enter is stored only in your device's Keychain.
• It is sent only to api.openai.com over HTTPS to request your organization's data.
• It is never sent to us or to any third party.
• You can change or remove it at any time in Settings. Deleting the app also removes it.

Organization data

Usage, cost, project, API key, limit and audit log information is downloaded from OpenAI and shown on your device. It is held in memory while the app runs and is not uploaded anywhere. Your use of the OpenAI API is governed by OpenAI's privacy policy.

Children

The app is intended for developers and organization administrators and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
